Once the payment of your order has been made, your guide is generated (remember to put all your complete information) once the guide is generated, the courier staff will go through your package with a maximum of 24 hours. Once your package has been delivered to Estafeta, the estimated delivery time will be 3-5 business days. IMPORTANT: all orders that are generated from Friday at 2:00 p.m. will be shipped on Monday.
All our shipments are made through Estafeta and 99 Minutes.
In case of requiring a size change, the customer will have to send us the purchased product to this address: Av. from Las Palmas 200 int. 73, Villa Coral, Zapopan Jalisco CP 45169, Jimena Chávez 3335788372. Once the product has been sent and received, you will have to pay for the new guide to send the correct size.
There are no money refunds, but if you want to return a product, money will be left for you to make another order. The shipping of the product is paid by the customer.
